Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your payment. We will notify you by email or phone if there is an issue with your order that may cause a delay.

2. Shipping Rates:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

3. Shipping Methods:
- We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including standard shipping, and express shipping. The estimated delivery time for each method will be set by Australia Post.

4. Shipping Locations:
- We currently ship to Australia. If you are located outside this area and would like to place an order, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- Maz Brows is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages:
Maz Brows is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Returns and Exchanges:
- Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges Policy for information on returning items.

8. Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted to confirm the shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply to reship the item.

9. Shipping Policy Updates:
- We reserve the right to update our shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
