Directions:
- Start with clean, makeup-free skin. Use an oil-free makeup remover or cleanser to remove any makeup.
- Apply a single stroke of serum along your upper lash line, beginning at the inner corner and moving outward (one dip is enough for both eyes).
- For optimal results, apply twice a day in the AM & PM.
